We are excited to present our student interns for 2023/2024. A group of five committed and talented students who all have an ambition of working in the renewable energy sector. They will be assisting us with everything from internal development to project engineering and project management and bring some fresh new perspectives and creativity.

Morten has almost 20 years of experience as a product manager in the wind energy sector and brings a unique combination of technical and commercial skills.

Arinze commenced work as an Electrical Engineer for Hyndla AS in January 2023, and will be a key resource for delivering electrical design packages for offshore wind foundations

With our new EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) certification Hyndla can now produce verified EPD documents for new products and projects through LCA.no.

Weissenborn and Hyndla have signed a partnership agreement to pursue a mechanical, electrical, weld-free, total system solution for outfitting of TPs.

Last week Hyndla welcomed the latest addition to the team, mechanical engineer Joakim Aavitsland.

Last week we had the pleasure of shipping the first 6 sets of a total of 95 sets of our aluminium cable management system. These systems are our first aluminium solution designed for a large European offshore wind farm.

We are pleased to have Hans on board as our electrical expert. Hans has over 35 years of experience in the field and is a leading expert in EMC, earthing and lightning protection for offshore wind installations.

On June 2nd Hyndla’s first commercial high voltage transmission tower project was installed using helicopter. The two Hyndla aluminium towers were delivered as a pilot-project with Elvia, the largest Norwegian TSO.

With a truly optimized design for maximum strength in the horizontal directions, the H200 offers more than 2500 kNm capacity in each horizontal direction, making it equivalent to steel structures several times its weight.

Hyndla is happy to announce two new owners that will secure our long term strategic commitments in both the offshore wind market and land based power transmission: UAE based energy executive Mazen Masri and Norwegian inventor Petter Muren.

We are happy to anounce that we have permanently moved Hyndla HQ from Oslo to Flekkefjord on the south coast of Norway.
