Hyndla expands ownership group.

It’s been a good start of the year for Hyndla and we are happy to announce two new owners that will secure our long term strategic commitments in both the offshore wind market and land based power transmission: UAE based energy executive Mazen Masri and Norwegian inventor Petter Muren.

We are also grateful to Innovation Norway who has granted us additional funding for our aluminium transmission tower.

Petter Muren is one of Norway's most successful inventors and founder of the Norwegian drone developer Prox Dynamics. Mr. Muren has a proven track record of making business out of cutting edge technology.

Mazen Masri has a great network and operational knowledge of energy business in the Middle East and Africa regions and beyond. Mr. Masri ties Hyndla to EDG, a global energy services group with 65 years of experience operating in 20 countries. Mr. Masri and Hyndla share a common commitment to bringing value to local communities by maximizing local content through employing local business services, hiring and training indigenous talent and leveraging local knowledge in our endeavors—a cornerstone of all our activities. This is coupled with the introduction of proven technologies with a focus on transitioning to more sustainable and greener energy.
