First shipment of our aluminium cable management system for offshore wind
Last week we had the pleasure of shipping the first 6 sets of a total of 95 sets of our aluminium cable management system. These systems are our first aluminium solution designed for a large European offshore wind farm.
Today Hyndla welcomes the very experienced electrical engineer Hans Vagn Erichsen.
We are pleased to have Hans on board as our electrical expert. Hans has over 35 years of experience in the field and is a leading expert in EMC, earthing and lightning protection for offshore wind installations.
First aluminium tower helicopter installation a success
On June 2nd Hyndla’s first commercial high voltage transmission tower project was installed using helicopter. The two Hyndla aluminium towers were delivered as a pilot-project with Elvia, the largest Norwegian TSO.
H200: 1000kg of pure strength
With a truly optimized design for maximum strength in the horizontal directions, the H200 offers more than 2500 kNm capacity in each horizontal direction, making it equivalent to steel structures several times its weight.
